EcoTurs Colombia operates birding and wildlife tours in Colombia, and manages visits to many sites, including the world famous ProAves bird reserves that protect the most endangered biodiversity. We offer specialised birding tours with experienced tour leaders. Most of these are customized private birdwatching trips, but we also offer some scheduled tours and some more general wildlife tours. The ProAves reserves are not just for birdwatchers, but open to all who want to enhance their holiday experience by visiting Colombia's diverse forests in safety. We particularly recommend the spectacular El Dorado reserve in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, and on the road there from Santa Marta the birder-friendly Hotel Minca.
